On February 14, 2025 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Meetings

• Resolved an issue where an error prevented the agenda from being saved after unindenting and deleting sections.

Automated Minutes

• Resolved an issue with the font formatting in the downloadable PDF for minutes.

Public Posting

• Resolved an issue where public postings from previous years would not display if there were gaps between posting years.

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Automated Minutes

• The OnBoard Recording Assistant's scheduled meeting recording is now cancelled when switching from Automated Minutes to Minutes Builder.
