On February 7, 2025 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Minutes Builder

• Resolved an issue where minutes were unable to be edited. 

Attendance

• Resolved an issue where the Attendance fly-out did not properly handle long user names. 

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Public Posting

• Updated outline formatting of individual public posting page.
• Updated outline formatting of posting page for all publicly posted meetings.
• The meeting start time is now displayed on the individual public posting page.
• The original published time is now included on the individual public posting page.
• Added option to display the remote meeting link on the individual public posting page.
• Added option to display agenda section descriptions on the individual public posting page.
• Documents in the public posting now open in a separate browser tab rather than immediately downloading.

Automated Minutes

• Changed "Attendance" button to "Manage Attendance."
• Added Attendance panel to display number of members present and absent.
