On December 6, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Automated Minutes

• Resolved an issue where the "View Recording and Transcript" button was unresponsive, requiring a page refresh to generate the recording and transcript. Now, the recording and transcript are generated automatically without needing to refresh the page.
• Resolved and issue where the "Join Now" button would remain stuck in a loading state and fail to update after joining a meeting if it was clicked before the Teams meeting had started.

Navigation

• Resolved an issue where "Organization & User ID" in navigation menu was unresponsive. 

Minutes Builder

• Resolved an issue where an "Unable to Save Changes" error message would appear while editing.

Authentication

• Resolved an issue where the "Continue" button remained greyed out and unresponsive when entering an email address with multiple subdomains.

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Roles & Terms

• Updated Roles & Terms Export so that the .xlsx export only includes the filtered Roles & Terms data.

Automated Minutes

• Updated end to end streaming support to decrease delays in video playback. 

Authentication

• Launched an updated user authentication process to streamline and simplify the login experience.
