On November 22, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Meetings

• Resolved an issue where the three-dotted settings menu was removed from an agenda section document when the document was moved into the Supplementary Documents section.

Changes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Automated Minutes

• Added Auto Scroll, which auto scrolls through the transcript as the video file is played.
• Added visual indicator in Automated Minutes recording panel that "The Zoom host must be present during the meeting to approve recording when prompted by Zoom."
