On November 15, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Directory CSV Import

• Resolved an issue where the CSV import would not complete when adding members.

OnBoard Academy

• Resolved an issue where learners were unable to sign into OnBoard Academy. 

Changes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Automated Minutes

• In both Zoom and Teams, the OnBoard Recording assistant will now display "Recording in Progress" when recording and "Not Recording" when not recording.
• Options menu is now hidden on the Automated Minutes panel when minutes have not been started and when the organization does not have Minutes Builder. 
• Removed "View Only Access through Automated Minutes" from available options for exporting minutes to Resources. 
• Disabled minutes downloads when downloads are disabled in the Organization General Settings. 

Meetings

• Updated Meetings so that when Document Downloads are disabled across all meetings in the Organization General Settings the "Disable book and document downloads" checkbox is greyed out/disabled within the Meeting Settings.
