On November 1, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Intelligent Assistant

• Resolved an issue where the Intelligent Assistant was returning error messages for requests from users in the UK, Germany, and Australia regions.

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Annotations

• Added a loading state indicator on the annotations settings fly-out, and the Share Annotation button is disabled until the annotation has been successfully saved.
• Disabled annotation editing when the meeting book is building, updating, or archived. 

Roles & Terms

• Updated the maximum end term date to be 20 years from the current year.

Homepage

• Changed the header "Current Meeting" to "Meeting in Progress."
• When multiple meetings are in progress, the meeting header will change to "Meetings in Progress (X)" where "X" is the number of meetings.
