On October 28, 2024 we released an update to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates to the iOS and Android apps as well as some changes.

Realtime Document Version Updates

• While viewing a document, prompts will appear when a new version has been published, providing immediate access to the latest materials.

Annotations

• Added a save status indicator, offering confirmation that all annotations are current and saved.

eSignatures

• Resolved an issue where signature boxes were not visible for signers viewing documents with multiple pages.
• Resolved an issue where the signatures were not appearing on the finalized documents.

eSignatures

• Resolved an issue where invitees excluded from an agenda section were incorrectly appearing as options to share annotations on documents they did not have access to.
• Resolved an issue where members not designated as exceptions for annotation sharing were incorrectly listed as options to share annotations when annotation sharing is disabled.
