On July 12, 2024 we released updates to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates as well as some changes. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Resources

• Fixed an issue where .xlsx, .docx, .pptx, and .pdf file types newly uploaded to Resources resulted in a "Network Error" when uploaded and the pages were blank when viewed.
• Fixed an issue where .xlsx, .docx, .pptx, and .pdf file types newly uploaded to Resources resulted in a Microsoft error when attempting to edit with Microsoft 365 Document Editing. 

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Meetings

• Disabled Exclude status on agenda sections for Meeting Admins and Contributors. 

Agenda Collaboration

• Disabled comment icon and comment sidebar on agenda sections that a Reviewer is excluded from.
