On November 17, 2023 we released an update to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates to the iOS and Android apps.

Device Requirements

The following are the updated Android device requirements:

Minimum:

• Marshmallow (6.0) or higher
• 512 MB RAM
• 4 GB Storage

Recommended:

• Tiramisu (Android 13) or higher
• 4 GB RAM
• 32 GB Storage

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Android

• Fixed an issue where users received an error when attempting to join a Zoom meeting via the OnBoard Zoom integration. 
• Fixed an issue where Approval documents were listed randomly instead of alphabetical order. 
• Fixed an issue where closing a document while it is still loading caused the OnBoard application to crash. 

iOS

• Fixed an issue where Approval documents were listed randomly instead of alphabetical order. 
• Fixed an issue where Notes and Motions inside of Meeting Minutes wouldn't display correctly. 
• Fixed an issue where agenda sections were missing and the app would crash when viewing a Meeting Book. 
• Fixed an issue where users received an error when attempting to join a Zoom meeting via the OnBoard Zoom integration. 
• Fixed an issue where the keyboard would disappear when switching to punctation while attempting to login while Voice Over functionality was enabled in the device settings.
