On November 9, 2023 we released an update to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates to the iOS and Android apps.

New Features

The following new features were deployed on iOS apps with this release: 

Meeting Document Watermarking

• When the Meeting Document Watermarking feature is enabled, Meeting documents viewed and shared on iOS and Android apps will display  either a full-page or footer watermark.

Restrict Meeting Downloads to PDF Only

• When enabled, non-admins of Meetings can only share and download PDF versions of Meeting documents. 

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Android

• Fixed an issue where the OnBoard application would crash when generating the Directory Group list. 

iOS

• Fixed multiple issues where the OnBoard application would crash when logging in. 
• Fixed an issue where searching by keyword in the Meeting Book caused the OnBoard application to crash.
• Fixed an issue where searching for Meetings to link to in Tasks caused the OnBoard application to crash.
• Fixed an issue where roll call results were not visible when viewing Survey results.
