On May 4, 2023 we released an update to OnBoard that added maintenance and security updates to the iOS and Android Apps, as well as some changes.

Changes

The following changes were deployed with this release: 

Directory

• Accessing the Directory immediately shows the full members list.
• Directory view shows user profile images.
• Directory view lists users' shared groups. 
• Search bar added to search members by name or group.
• Buttons added to Member List and Groups pages to toggle between groups and members.

Groups

• Buttons added to Member List and Groups pages to toggle between groups and members.
• Search bar added to search members by name or group.
• Added group description in Groups.
• Added roles for group members.
• Message button added within individual groups to message the entire group.
• Share button added to share a link to the group.

Profile

• Separated profile categories in panels.
• Added Demographic Information panel.
• Added Groups, Roles & Terms panel.
• Edit buttons added on panels to edit profile information from within the profile. 
• Updated email button to utilize the default email application on a device.
• Added contextual menus when holding down contact information.
• Organization-wide administrators can edit user profiles on the mobile and tablet applications.

Fixes

The following fixes were deployed with this release: 

Profiles

• Fixed an issue where selecting a phone number in a profile on a device without a phone application caused the OnBoard application to crash.

Annotations

• Android: Fixed an issue where free hand annotations were disappearing.
• Android: Fixed an issue where the free hand annotation style window was not dismissing after ending an annotation.

Photo Uploads

• Fixed an issue where attaching a photo file by using the camera application to capture and upload the image was retaining the image in the device's photo library.
