What do you like best about OnBoard and why?
OnBoard is an easy platform that allows all of our directors to share important resources and governance documents without complicated IT set ups. It is accessible on most devices so it's very portable. We particularly like the resource library and real-time chat functions which ensure we are all part of the conversation. OnBoard has added to our cyber-security by removing our reliance on email to share documents and information. The introduction of new functionality over time has been the result of the OnBoard team listening to user suggestions and we hope that this will continue.

How has OnBoard helped improve processes for your organization?
As the company secretary, the time I spend on board papers and inter-director communication has been halved by using OnBoard. The efficiency of setting up agendas, building board papers, and completing minutes and tasks is a real boost for my role in a world where I, like others, can be quite time poor. The Directors also report that being able to annotate documents means they always have their notes on hand and a strong record of their work with the board as a whole. The additional benefit has been the response from the financial auditor and our industry auditors who have access to all the documents they need to measure compliance and oversee the governance functions in the company.
