Taking Minutes While Presenting in OnBoard

If you are responsible for presenting the meeting materials during the meeting while also capturing the meeting minutes, you can do both simultaneously in OnBoard .

You can log into the same OnBoard account on separate browser tabs. So, to accomplish this, you'll need to log into OnBoard in separate browser windows and on separate screens.

In one instance of OnBoard, open the Meeting Book on the screen you'll be presenting from (projector, television, etc.). 

In the other OnBoard instance, open the Meeting Minutes to capture your notes during the meeting. 

You can navigate between the Meeting Minutes and the Meeting Book on the separate screens to present and capture the minutes at the same time. 

Alternatively some minutes-takers choose to record the meeting and focus on screen sharing only during the meeting. After the meeting, they replay the recording while using the OnBoard Minutes Builder to capture the minutes.
