Use Your Last Meeting As Practice

If your organization is just getting started with OnBoard, you may not have meeting materials to add for an upcoming meeting.

What many customers do, and what we recommend, is to recreate your most recent past meeting in OnBoard, and add the meeting invitees as Readers of the meeting. 

This is beneficial in several ways:

1. This allows you to practice creating a meeting in OnBoard.
2. This provides historical content for your members to interact with.
3. You can use this meeting as a template for your next meeting by duplicating this meeting (see upcoming lesson).
