Community Guidelines Pinned

The OnBoard Community is meant to foster a sense of collaboration that goes beyond just our own organizations. As such, we'd like all to feel included and encouraged to share their questions, suggestions, and helpful hints they may have figured out along the way.
Below are some guidelines on collaboration and safety that will help all of the OnBoard Community help one another in a professional and courteous setting:
Collaboration:
- Please treat other Community members with decency and respect.
- Acknowledging a helpful post with a liking or a comment can bring it to the attention of other users and promote positive interactions.
- All questions are welcome, but to keep the Community easy to use, please search your question before creating a new post.
- Always ask your question or make your post in the correct category to ensure content stays organized and is easier for others to access as well.
Safety:
- While the Community does require users to have an OnBoard account to post, please keep in mind that all content and postings here are publicly available online. As such, please refrain from posting any Personal Identifiable Information and requesting that information from other users.
- If you see a post or comment that seems problematic, violates these guidelines, appears in the wrong section, or may have incorrect information, please submit a support ticket and let us know. We want to be sure everyone can come to the Community expecting accurate help in a safe and friendly environment.
- Likewise, please refrain from posting links or content that encourage illegal activities and contain advertisements, solicitations, self-promotions, or intellectual property rights.
