Extended to 20 committees+sub-committees

We initially had this on 3 different committees. After figuring out the best process, we expanded from 3 - 10. Then we went from 10 - 15. Now, 15 - 20. We'll be hitting the 5 other sub-committees shortly. In addition, we now have the ability to spin up groups very quickly.
