Attachment Size Limit
I have a user who is attempting to upload a larger document that is getting hung during upload. Is there a limit or any known bugs with larger files?

Hi Stan,
We don't have a limit on file size however, if your user is using an old browser like IE 11 they may experience issues uploading large files. I would suggest trying uploading the same file with Chrome or Edge. See if that helps.
