It would be very helpful to have the ability to choose when an automatic notification is sent out to users when making changes to files in the Resources section. Just as we have the ability to notify users of meeting status changes (pop up occurs with the question), this would be beneficial for the Resources section too. Currently we have to remove the group from the permissions folder BEFORE making the change even if it was changed because of a minor typo and then remember to add those users back to that folder afterwards. This is quite cumbersome especially if you have a large group, or several groups and some users of those groups are to be excluded from that particular resource. Then if you forget to remove a group if there was just a minor edit to a file, they get an unnecessary email resulting in the admin having to send another email to all users to disregard the previous notification. One click of a "yes" or "no" whether or not to notify users would be much simpler. Of course other admins would always be notified of all changes regardless.
