Change "Book Download" Default

It would be nice to have the Book Download default changed from "enabled" to "disabled" for security reasons.  If you ever create a "Super Admin," this person could possibly change the default locally?  Right now, I'm always checking behind administrators to make sure they change the default from enabled to disabled so sensitive documents cannot be downloaded, copied, emailed, printed, etc. Using a secure portal is totally defeated if portal members can print, email, etc.

  For those reading this feature comment - organizational administrators are now able to disable all downloads across the portal using a global setting within the Organization with the option to create exceptions for those few administrators or C-suite members who need to continue to be able to download.
