I totally agree. As administrator, I have to scroll through hundreds of documents to find what I'm looking for. I would LOVE to be able to set-up separate folders in the Resources section to hold appropriate documents...such as one folder to hold all policies, audits, committee reports, etc. A long string of documents in alphabetical order is way too time consuming! This will frustrate my directors! Hope someone is working on this!

    Good morning everyone.

This is currently planned for this year.  We are in design of the next version of the resource center. We want to include as much of your feedback as possible. We did discuss this at PowWoW, but we can always learn more.  Please add any and all comments to this thread.

    Thank you

    Ratul Shah - Product Manager

Awesome!  So not only do we need a means to segregate the documents (i.e., folders) located in the Resources Folder, but we also will need the option to sort the folders chronologically or alphabetically.  We need to ability to sort the folders as well as the contents contained within the folders.

I was very pleased to learn today that you plan to revamp the “Resources” section of Onboard this year.  I hope the redesign will enable the user to view a comprehensive list of categories and subfolders, and then click down into at least two additional layers.  I need the ability to arrange documents within subfolders however I wish, not necessarily alphabetically or by date.  I will email you a layout that would work for my organization.
