Meeting Attendance Report
I sometimes need to produce a report of meeting attendance for multiple meetings.
Our regulator, for example, may ask for a report of meeting attendance at all 2022 Board Meetings.
How can I create that report in OnBoard?

If you have the OnBoard Essentials Package, and you’ve logged your attendance in the Attendance button, you can export the RSVP/attendance report word document for each meeting, and then combine the data for your report.
If you have our Premium or Ultimate Packages, attendance is logged in the Minutes Builder Tool. If you’ve logged the attendance with the minutes builder, you can view the attendance for each meeting in OnBoard (or download the minutes) and then combine the attendance data for your report.
Ok thank you - I knew about this ability but was hoping there was an automated report that would be an engagement report (meeting attendance) that I could download for regulators. Can this be added as a feature request?
Honestly, it seems like the inability to export a RSVP/ attendance report in the Minutes Builder (we do have the Ultimate Package) is a step backward. I hope that OnBoard will consider adding this or a similar feature.
