We have some exciting changes coming to OnBoard. During the week of April 19, we will announce an update to the OnBoard brand, including a fresh new logo, a beautiful new website, and new color palette within the product.
How will this impact my OnBoard account?
The OnBoard application will receive the new branding (colors, fonts, etc.) in the user interface. This will not change functionality of features.
The OnBoard application will now be hosted on the domain app.onboardmeetings.com. The old log in URL will automatically redirect to the correct domain, and you do not have to do anything. We encourage you to update your bookmarks in your internet browser to the new domain (app.onboardmeetings.com) for easy access to your account.
Will I need to change the login link on my website?
If you have a board portal login that directs to Onboard linked on your website (for board members’ convenience), please update the link to the new domain: app.onboardmeetings.com.
Will the mobile app be updated as well?
Yes, a new iOS and Android version of OnBoard will be made available starting April 19. Please update your application on your tablet or phone so you have the latest version.
What will change with OnBoard product notification emails?
Immediately, you’ll see a new look and feel to these emails that reflect our branding updates. Additionally, the sender name will now simply be “OnBoard.”
Emails from your OnBoard support team will change. Please ask your IT admin to make sure emails are allowed from the onboardmeetings.com domain.
Over the course of the next few months, product notification emails will be updated to reflect the new domain of onboardmeetings.com, more details and guidance will be provided on this later.
What will happen with the Passageways brand?
The use of “Passageways” as our doing-business-as (DBA) name is now simply OnBoard and will be the name used in our branding, product, and marketing materials. The legal entity name of our company remains Passageways, Inc. and will still be used in contractual obligations.
What will happen to the company’s website?
On April 19, our website will be available at onboardmeetings.com. Here, you can continue to access resources including our blog, case studies and more.
