OnBoard is focused on delivering the best board meeting experience possible. Anywhere. With that in mind, we aim to provide a product that can be used just as easily outside the boardroom as in it. Attendees log into OnBoard from any device and attend your meetings remotely. Here's how:
Meeting Administrators: Add Remote Meeting Information
With this screenshot, we can see that as we build our meetings, we can include all of our remote meeting information, such as phone numbers to call and hyperlinks to join the teleconference. These details will be displayed to our meeting's attendees when they view the Meeting Details page.
Meeting Attendees: Utilize iOS Split-Screen
Attending meetings from a laptop or desktop with multiple monitors, one for OnBoard, and one for the presentation/video conference is ideal. However, when we're away from our computers, we might be limited to our mobile devices only. Not to worry! Modern iPads utilize a "split-screen" view, which will allow you to have OnBoard up on one side of the screen, and your video-conference (such as Zoom) up on the other side. Here is an article from Apple that describes how this works. Give it a shot! https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207582
Using OnBoard Messenger While Viewing Your Board Book
If you have access to the OnBoard Messenger feature and an iOS device, use it to strike up quiet conversation during the meeting, while your Board Book is opened. On the left side of the screen, we have our Agenda Summary panel. We can swap between a few others in this view. One of which is the Messenger panel. Your messages will be visible alongside your meeting content. The same can be accomplished when you're viewing OnBoard from two separate browser windows on your laptop/desktop computers. Simply point one browser to OnBoard Messenger, and one to your Board Book.
