Area - Describes the feature where this Notification will occur.
Immediate / Grouped (Delayed) - Indicates how soon the Notification will be received. Immediate Notifications will be delivered instantly as they are triggered, separately. Grouped (Delayed), sometimes referred to as "Batched", will be clustered together in a single email and will arrive roughly one hour after the last notification in that batch has been triggered. For example, if an Admin uploads 10 documents to the Resource Library, one notification will be delivered an hour after the last document was uploaded, containing all the details of each of the 10 documents captured during that batch.
Notification Type - The name of the notification, or what action that will trigger it to occur.
Sends Email - Will this notification send an email, if the recipient has chosen to enable them in their OnBoard User Profile?
In "Notifications"? - Regardless of how you view OnBoard - in a web browser, on your iOS/Android device, etc. - will this notification be posted in the Notifications tab?
