It has been reported that when a user powers off their Android device while logged in to OnBoard, the app crashes after powering on the device and opening the OnBoard App.
We are aware of the issue and currently working on a solution. The following are the steps for the Interim Solution:
- Uninstall the App
- Install the App again
- Log out of the App before powering off the device.
