OnBoard sends multiple different types of emails out to users:
- Authentication Email
- Organization Invitation Email
- Announcements Emails
- Resource Emails
In some cases, these emails may be blocked by email systems or put into a spam folder. If the emails are not making it to any email folders, you will need to ask the email team in charge of your organization's emails to allow communications from airway.passageways.com. Once this is done, emails should be received as normal.
