Microsoft Azure is currently experiencing challenges with their cloud infrastructure. As a result you may experience performance degradation with OnBoard. We apologize and we are actively working with Microsoft to resolve this problem.

Azure has resolved the SQL and DNS challenges that were affecting them. OnBoard is back online. However, it is still slow. This is due to a challenge with their Service Bus. They are still working on it.
Right now customers should be able to access the system. More updates to follow. Thank you for your patience and for being a valued OnBoard customer.

Azure's engineering teams have identified a potential root cause and are currently examining options to mitigate the issue and restore normal service availability.
OnBoard is still being impacted.

This a direct quote from Microsoft's Azure Status page.
"A subset of Service Bus customers in North Central US, and Visual Studio Online customers in multiple regions, may be experiencing intermittent timeouts or errors. We have started deploying a mitigation and are actively monitoring service status. Visual Studio Online customers can find further information on the VSO Service Blog - http://blogs.msdn.com/b/vsoservice/. The next update will be provided within 60 minutes or as events warrant."

Azure has stated all services are back online and running correctly.

"Starting at 16:20 on 30 Apr 2015 a very small subset of Service Bus customers in North Central US may be experiencing intermittent timeouts or errors. We have deployed a mitigation and are continuing to observe a reduction in error rates. Engineers remain actively engaged in monitoring progress and examining options to restore service to full availability. The next update will be provided within 6 hours or as events warrant"
