What does this mean for customers who have OnBoard as well as the Passageways Employee Portal?
Customers who use both of our products will see their tickets associated with the product in the appropriate Help Center. Both the OnBoard Help Center and the Employee Portal Support Center are accessible to all. We have made navigating between them easy with buttons linking to the other Help Center in each.
