The next OnBoard release is coming on Saturday April 18. Please let all of your iPad users know that they will be required to update their app for this release in order to continue using OnBoard.
We want to make this as easy as possible for you and your directors, so in the coming days we will be sending an email you can forward to your directors laying out the exact steps necessary to update their OnBoard app.
This update will improve the performance and responsiveness of the entire system. We are updating our API which will require all iPad users to update to the current version of the iPad app to continue using OnBoard. In addition to the performance enhancements we have also added the following features for the iPad.
- Forgot password link - now seamlessly reset your password from the iPad.
- Annotation Confidence - ensured that the application will continue to keep your annotations local to the device and synchronize when connectivity is restored.
How will this change impact me and my users?
- Web users will not be affected by this update.
- iPad users will have to update their app to the latest version.
