Users may not see any organizations listed in OnBoard due to a few reasons:
#1. The user has not been invited to any organizations.
Please review this article on inviting members to an organization.
How do I invite, or re-invite, users to my organization?
#2. The user is logged in to OnBoard using an address that is not a member of any organization.

Why don’t I see any organizations listed after logging into OnBoard?

#3. The user has accessed OnBoard prior to the added OnBoard ID provider and created their OnBoard ID without signing in with their current identity provider (Google, Yahoo, Windows Live) first.
Example:
- A Google account was created to access OnBoard prior to the added OnBoard ID that has a validated email address, and is associated with an organization(s).
- OnBoard ID feature added.
- Create OnBoard ID before logging in with one of the federated identity providers, and use a different email address than the validated address from your other account.
Issue:
- The user now has 2 accounts, an OnBoard ID and a Federated Identity Provider account (Google, Yahoo, Windows Live), that cannot be linked together due to the 2 email addresses in use.
Resolution:
The user must create another email account (Google, Yahoo, or Windows Live) to be able to link to the email address entered for the OnBoard ID.
1. Create a new email account with one of the Federated Identity Providers (Google, Yahoo, or Windows Live).
2. Create a new, temporary OnBoard ID, using the email address created in Step 1.
3. Unlink Google, Yahoo, or Windows Live email from your newly created OnBoard ID account.
4. You can then use that email address as your OnBoard ID
