With the release of iOS 11, there is an issue when opening the OnBoard iOS app. When you first open the app, it does not fully sign a user in.
The following steps will correct this issue:
- Minimize the app (Please, do not close the app)
- Wait 2-3 seconds
- Bring the app back up and your Touch ID sign will now appear.
Our Development team is aware of this issue and has a fix that will be applied with our Nov 1st launch.
