Earlier this year we posted an article detailing about the brief removal of the Google authentication button from the OnBoard login menu. Google authentication may be used with no issue from the web application but cannot be used to authenticate when using the OnBoard iPad app. Please see details below for information on how to get around this issue. We will be fixing the issue in a future release.
Work around to this situation:
- Click on the OnBoard ID
- Click on Forgot Password
- Use the email address associated with your account
- Create a new password once you received the email with the reset link
