On January 21, 2017 Passageways deployed an update to OnBoard, and one of the fixes that was part of the update was the ability to link a user's Google Account with their OnBoard account. Please refer to this article for the steps to link a user's Google Account with their OnBoard Account.
Currently, we have disabled the ability to sign in using a Google Account. We are currently experiencing issues with the sign on process from that provider and are working diligently to resolve the situation.

Current Expected Behavior:
Web App - The Google Account Button will not appear
iPad/iPhone - You will receive an error message if you click on the Google Account Button/Text
Windows App - The Application will crash if you click the Google Account Button
Android App - The Application will crash if you click the Google Account Button
Work around to this situation:
- Click on the OnBoard ID
- Click on Forgot Password
- Use the email address associated with your account
- Create a new password once you received the email with the reset link
